Pneumatic marking and riveting gun

The Amtak pneumatic riveting gun is now being used not only to fix Metal Tack® self piercing rivets   but also to mark parts  as part of a quality control process by a major automotive supplier and also as a health improvement program to reduce tendonitis in arms and shoulders of the operators.
An automotive assembler for major  car and truck manufacturers has successfully implemented the use of the Amtak pneumatic gun  to replace  hand stamping with a hammer.  Parts are marked with a quality control sign using a die inserted into the pneumatic gun which is easier to use, more effective and decreases operator tiredness and soreness  in the arms and shoulders.
The Amtak gun can be fitted with 1 or 2 (and even up to 5) characters of 3 mm height as well as personalised logos in order to work quicker, more efficiently and with less worker’s health problems.
