THE CLEVER IDEA : Why carry out extra time consuming jobs with supplementary and specially dedicated equipment when you already have a CNC machine and the program to carry out marking in your existing CNC milling machine ?

ALL YOU NEED IS THE TOOL : RapidMark®

Compressed air through the shank –or into the side of the tool if you prefer– makes the carbide stylus move in and out at a very high frequency (approx 300Hz). The stylus marks the part by making impacts onto the piece to be marked. No metal is removed. the making can be seen as a continuous line or as a series of dots depending on the speed at which the tool moves over the part.

MARKING IS VERY FAST – UP TO 3000mm PER MINUTE!

Standard toolholders are used with the RapidMark® tool and will load it into position ready to mark your parts whenever you need it.
