During rallies ID plates are often fixed on the participating cars.
How can these be fixed without drilling hoes or using screws or nuts & bolts ? When the Alpine Rallye Club members organise a meeting participants receive an ID plate to fix onto their cars. We found a solution for those participants who did not want to drill holes or use glue or sticky tape to fix the plates on their cars. Self fixing suction cups with a threaded insert meant that the ID plates could be fixed onto 4 suction cups and the whole part ( plate and 4 suction cups) was easily fixed onto the car body or the car window and stay there during the rally and easily removed with no damage afterwards.
